Shipping policy

We currently ship to the US and US Territories.  Please contact us if you are outside of this area and we'll see what we can do.

 

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DEADLINES

This is according to the UPS, FedEx and USPS recommendations. However, please keep in mind that once your packages leaves my hands, it's up to them and there's nothing I can do from that point.

FedEx and UPS are already talking about how behind they are! 

USPS First Class by December 15th
USPS Priority Mail by December 16th

Fedex Ground and Home Delivery is December 14th
Fedex 3 Day Freight is December 19th

UPS Ground is by December 14th
UPS 3 Day Select is by December 17th
UPS Second Day Air is December 19th

 

PROCESSING POLICIES

Pre-Order timelines are stated on the product detail page itself.  It will let you know the date or time-frame it is to arrive in our boutique.  Please give our team 2-3 days to sort and process.

Storehouse Flats are made to order and can take 6-8 weeks to arrive. This only applies to the Pre-Order events.  The flats we have in stock currently will ship within 3 business days.

Graphic Tees are made to order with approximately a 7-14 business day turnaround.

***Also, it's important to note that your order most likely could be shipped in multiple packages as we try our best to ship items as soon as they're ready so you can enjoy them sooner!

 

SHIPPING TIMELINES

Expect items to ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product description page, are Storehouse Flats, a pre-order item or a made to order graphic t-shirt/sweatshirt.

 

SHIPPING METHODS AND INSURANCE

We use USPS First Class, USPS Priority and FedEx Ground.

Items shipped via USPS Priority or FedEx Ground are insured up to $100.  If you need your USPS First Class packages or Priority/FedEx orders above $100 to be insured, we provide the option to add Route Insurance.

Route Insurance provides package protection in the unfortunate event if your package is stolen, lost or damaged.

Route Insurance is only 98 cents for First Class Packages or 1% for orders above $100.  You may choose to remove Route Protection from your cart, but please understand you are also forfeiting protection should your package be stolen, lost or damaged enroute.

At this time, we do not offer an expedited shipping method.

Once your purchase has been transferred to USPS or FedEx, the responsibility now falls onto the shipping carrier company and/or Route Insurance.  If you paid for Route Insurance and your package is stolen, lost or damaged, please refer to their FAQs here and their policies here.  Items shipped via USPS Priority (over 1lb) or FedEx, we will need to file the claim through the shipping company unless you also paid for Route Insurance.

 

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

All packages $250 and over will require a signature upon delivery to make sure it arrived safely.

 

We do a flat rate $5 shipping rate with free shipping on orders of $85 or more.
