Refund policy
All sales are Final Sale, no refunds will be given, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund. If you choose to not purchase Seel Return Assurance, your order is final sale. For shop credit, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and this will be a case-by-case scenario.
If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items. You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here. If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is Final Sale as stated above.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at hello@ashreiboutique.com with information about your order to discuss a refund or exchange.
Please check your items for any issues soon after receiving your package. Any defective item claims after the 14 day window (from the day the delivery service says it was delivered to you), cannot be accepted by ASHREI Boutique. Please review the Seel Return Assurance policy to get information on their specific return window.
Should you fail to add Seel Protection to your order, you can still contact us about possible store credit. To be able to redeem for store credit, will depend on if the returned item falls within the accepted parameters and the item ordered.
Pre-Orders
If you decide to cancel your pre-order prior to it being shipped, then you will be issued store credit minus a 10% restocking fee.
